DHCM Launches First Staff Welfare Facility Under Project Raha

Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) has reached a significant milestone with the launch of its first dedicated staff welfare and rest area in Jumeirah Village Triangle.

Introduced under Project Raha, aptly named after the Arabic word for comfort and wellbeing, the initiative reflects DHCM’s commitment to enhancing the everyday experience of the frontline teams who help keep our communities thriving.

Designed for facilities management, housekeeping, landscaping, and security personnel, the new facility provides a clean, air-conditioned and welcoming environment where staff can rest and recharge during their day and night shifts, particularly throughout the summer season.

As the first of its kind, this welfare facility represents DHCM’s commitment to health and safety while recognising the invaluable contributions of the people working behind the scenes.
